ATC operates critical signaling platforms, its own and third-party
ATC installs, supports and operates platforms in the operator's network, with operational responsibility transferred under a service level agreement.
Service lines
Deployment and go-live
Four milestones with acceptance test protocols, a migration plan with rollback and stabilization support.
Severity-based support
Four-tier expertise model, with technical escalation defined by severity.
Delegated administration
Periodic administration routines, with status reports and a contingency plan.
Multi-platform operation
Operation of third-party elements, with scope agreed per element.
The scope is stated in the agreement
Each service level agreement defines severities, the responsibilities of each party and exclusions. The split of responsibilities is part of the contingency plan.
Included
- Monitoring and alarm management toward the operator's management system
- Preventive and corrective maintenance
- Periodic status and capacity reports
Not included
- Operator infrastructure outside the agreed scope
- Changes not approved by the operator
Four milestones, eight acceptance test protocols and fourteen closing deliverables
Each deployment advances through milestones with acceptance signed by both parties. The operator receives the platform with its documentation, its operating routines and its contingency plan.
- Milestone 1
Platform installation
Base software installed and verified on the infrastructure the operator designates.
- Milestone 2
Core integration
Connectivity tests with the operator's pre-production network.
- Milestone 3
Partial acceptance
Verification of functions, APIs and provisioning according to the agreed protocols.
- Milestone 4
Final acceptance
Go-live, handover of manuals and closing certificate.
- Stabilization
Post-deployment support
Follow-up with reports at decreasing intervals until formal closure.
Data is processed on the infrastructure the operator designates, under its control.
ATC reviews the platform the operator prioritizes and proposes the appropriate configuration. Sizing and review are provided at no cost.
- Review of the platform and the network interfaces
- Sizing according to the operator's infrastructure
- Staged proposal: module, platform or delegated operation
