Three services on one delivery method
Intelligence turns network data into dashboards so that each area decides with the information that concerns it. Network Engineering prepares the infrastructure. Operations keeps the platforms in service.

ATC's analytics layer integrates with the operator's network elements
ATC turns the data the network already records into dashboards by area, regulatory reporting and data consulting. The layer connects to Sx platforms and to third-party elements.

Engineering, RF infrastructure and LTE and 5G network deployment
ATC designs, deploys and optimizes RF infrastructure and LTE and 5G networks for mobile operators, governments and the mining, energy and transport industries. The offering spans from the site to the analytics layer.

ATC operates critical signaling platforms, its own and third-party
ATC installs, supports and operates platforms in the operator's network, with operational responsibility transferred under a service level agreement.
View OperationsATC manages the mobile identity of the operator's network together with the operator
The operator sets the rules and decides; Sx-EIR applies and records every response; ATC supports the governance cycle according to the contracted service.
Step 1: Diagnostic
Interfaces, IMSI presence and IMSI–MSISDN mapping are confirmed. List sources and the legal framework are reviewed. Sizing and review are provided at no cost.
Step 2: Rules
Each pillar receives its rules, with their source of authority and their assigned response.
Step 3: Response
Allowed, observed or blocked in the network; alert and notice outside it. A rule can start in observation and move to restriction when the operator so decides.
Step 4: Evidence
Every transaction is recorded. Sx-EIR Analytics shows what happens by area; Sx-EIR Integrity estimates the protected value with the operator's billing.
Step 5: Adjustment
Rules are adjusted with the operator based on the evidence: they are extended to new keys or withdrawn.
Step 5 returns to step 2 while the service is in force. The operator manages its rules with severity-based support from ATC, or ATC operates the cycle continuously under a service level agreement. The rules and the decisions remain the operator's.
A portfolio the operator adopts in stages
Stage 1: Diagnostic
No-cost review and sizing of the platform the operator prioritizes, without access to production.
Stage 2: Module or dashboard
A capability or a dashboard on the existing platform.
Stage 3: Platform
Full deployment with the four acceptance milestones.
Stage 4: Delegated operation
Operational responsibility transferred under a service level agreement.
Stage 5: Multi-platform operation
Operation of third-party elements, with scope agreed per element.
Data is processed on the infrastructure the operator designates, under its control.
ATC reviews the platform the operator prioritizes and proposes the appropriate configuration. Sizing and review are provided at no cost.
- Review of the platform and the network interfaces
- Sizing according to the operator's infrastructure
- Staged proposal: module, platform or delegated operation
