MSISDN blocking and IMEI–IMSI–MSISDN link to protect the legitimate holder
Answers an operator question: whether a device, an IMSI and an MSISDN are authorized to operate together.
MSISDN blocking and IMEI–IMSI–MSISDN link
The module links the IMEI (device serial number), the IMSI and the MSISDN (phone number). It preserves the legitimate holder's service when an IMEI is repeated, fulfills MSISDN blocking orders and restricts subsidized and financed devices to their authorized subscription, where regulations permit.
AvailableHow it operates in the network
Observation
The module records IMEI–IMSI–MSISDN associations and their history.
Evidence and legal basis
Each restriction is activated with the evidence and legal basis the operator approves.
Subscriber notice
Every inference-based restriction includes prior notice and a path to regularization.
What supports it
Design in accordance with 3GPP and the region's number-based blocking frameworks; each restriction is validated with the evidence and legal basis the operator approves.
It relies on the same Sx-EIR core, with acceptance test protocols signed by both parties.
Products in this module
Clone Control
Detects duplicate IMEIs through simultaneous use on the network. Legitimate holder protection relies on duplets or triplets.

Restricts a subsidized device used with an IMSI the contract does not authorize, where regulations permit.

MSISDN-CONTROL
Restricts by phone number (MSISDN) through IMSI–MSISDN mapping, with the IMSI present in the query.
AvailableView product CombinedIMEI–IMSI Duplets
Links the device with the IMSI and exempts the legitimate holder of a cloned IMEI.
AvailableView product CombinedIMEI–IMSI–MSISDN Triplets
Links the IMEI, IMSI and MSISDN, and preserves the legitimate holder's service even if the IMSI changes.

The diagnostic confirms the sources and interfaces the module requires in the operator's network.
Data is processed on the infrastructure the operator designates, under its control.
